How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE US domestic shipping on all orders.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, US PO Boxes, and domestic military bases.

How fast is it?

Most shipments take between 1-4 days to get where they are going throughout the US, or 1-3 weeks if you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. One your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery estimate (kind of like an ETA). This will give you an idea of how long packages like yours usually take to get to their destination. Please keep in mind that most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days, and we do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.

Is your shipping carbon neutral?

Sending a package shouldn’t cost the earth. We use carbon neutral shipping which means your net release of CO2 into the atmosphere is equal to zero. How does it work? Whatever CO2 is emitted by your shipping is canceled out by a process known as 'offsetting' — that is, supporting projects that reduce emissions, like regenerating precious forest, replacing old equipment with more efficient technology, or even training communities in beekeeping!

What kind of packaging do you use?

We use the world's most sustainable packaging - recycled, recyclable and naturally biodegradable packaging by EcoEnclose.

 

Are taxes included in my order total?

Taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and are added to your order total in the shopping cart. Taxes are nonrefundable.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently, we do not offer International shipping.
